Yes! Certain days of each month, known as Discount Days, are offered at a significantly reduced hourly rate. Discount Days are all Mondays and Tuesdays that do not fall in the first 4 or last 7 days of the month.

Yes, we require a deposit to reserve your time on our calendar. The deposit is equal to the hourly minimum (could be 1 or 2 hours depending on the size truck you need) plus a one-time travel fee based on your locations.
The deposit is fully refundable with at least 3 business days notice of cancellation. Within 3 business days of your reservation you may still reschedule your move, subject to our availability, and your deposit will transfer with your new reservation. It becomes non-transferable once we close the day before your reservation because, by that point, we have most likely lost the ability to reschedule a new customer in place of your reservation.
Yes! Our Muscle Movers are knowledgeable in basic disassembly and reassembly, and are able to arrange furniture and place boxes in requested locations.

Many of our residential customers get help boxing up and staging their items from our partners at Keepsake PCO, who specialize in safely preparing your items for moving. We recommend doing this the day before your move so that our moving team can seamlessly arrive on moving day and begin loading your items without delay.
